Don Elledge | Chairman
Don joined Informer Systems as Chairman from Deloitte & Touche, where he was a partner in Enterprise Risk Services specializing in security services. His experience has focused on enterprise security strategies, organizations and governance. Previously, Don was founder and leader of Deloitte’s national 150+ person eCenter practice and led the firm’s infrastructure project.
Mark Musick | CEO
As CEO of Informer Systems, Mark oversees all aspects of the day-to-day business of the company. He is responsible for expanding its growth as the premier workforce scheduling solution for both public and private sectors. Mark is a 25 year veteran in telecommunications specializing in business development, marketing, sales and product management. Previously, Mark held senior positions at Zetron, Airbiquity and Plant/CML.
Dean Fantham | CTO
Dean is a seasoned network and systems technologist who has developed and managed complex architecture and system development projects for such organizations as Visa International and Deloitte & Touche. Prior to joining Informer Systems, Dean was a senior architect and manager at Deloitte & Touche, responsible for designing, implementing and managing technology projects for Deloitte clients.
Greg Kandel | Executive VP
Co-founder of Informer Systems, Greg has a vision and passion to bring scheduling technologies to the public safety industry. A 33-year public safety veteran, 18 years with Verizon, he has successfully rolled out next generation technology products for Police, Fire, Corrections, EMS and 9-1-1 agencies throughout the United States. His successes led Verizon Corporate to adopt his strategic sales strategies nationwide.
Christine Zeno | Director of Support Services
Christine has been with Informer Systems since 2009. Her 24 years of public safety experience prior to joining Informer Systems, along with her first-hand experience as a public safety advocate, brings a wealth of necessary background and qualifications. She thoroughly understands and is devoted to the 24/7/365 public safety industry. Christine has successfully overseen many Schedule Express installations including Boston PD, Orlando PD, Houston 9-1-1 Center, San Diego PD and more.
